Besides ElevenLabs, SonnaLabs offers voices from HeyGen and from Google Cloud. They cost fewer credits per character, and two of them are the ones the free plan covers.
The four models
- HeyGen Voice has natural, expressive voices: 24 voices, each speaking 39 languages.
- HeyGen Voice Turbo is HeyGen Voice tuned for speed and volume, with the same 24 voices and 39 languages. It is included in the free plan.
- Google Neural2 has Google's Neural2 voices with natural prosody in 13 languages.
- Google Wavenet has the widest range of the four: 39 languages, including Indonesian and Chinese.

Which one to use
- For a free start, use HeyGen Voice Turbo or one of the Google Cloud models: the free plan gives you a monthly allowance of credits for them.
- For many languages at the lowest cost, Google Wavenet covers 39 languages, including Indonesian and Chinese.
- For a more expressive HeyGen sound, use HeyGen Voice; for the same voices at a lower price, HeyGen Voice Turbo.
- For the most emotive voices of all, look at the ElevenLabs models.
The text to speech page lets you pick a provider, a language and a voice and hear it before you generate. For the credit rules, see how credits work.
