Terms of Service

Welcome to SonnaLabs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SonnaLabs mobile application and website at sonnalabs.app (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using SonnaLabs — whether through the Android mobile application or the web platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

SonnaLabs is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate audio, images, videos, and music using state-of-the-art AI models. The Service is accessible via:

• Android mobile app — distributed through Google Play Store.
• Web platform — at sonnalabs.app.

Available features include:

• Text to Speech — natural AI voice synthesis using voices sourced from AI provider platforms. SonnaLabs does not offer voice cloning. All available voices are either (a) voices published by independent voice creators on the ElevenLabs Voice Library marketplace, (b) standard voices from Google Cloud Text-to-Speech, or (c) public voices from HeyGen. Users cannot clone, create, or replicate voices through SonnaLabs.
• Image Generation — AI-generated images from text prompts or reference images.
• Video Generation — AI-generated videos from text prompts or image inputs.
• Music Generation — full AI-composed music with vocals, instrumentals, and lyrics.
• Developer API — programmatic access to all generation features for paying users.

Features and model availability may vary between platforms. SonnaLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

SonnaLabs reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or terminate accounts at its discretion.

• Authentication is provided exclusively through Google Sign-In. You must have a valid Google account to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. SonnaLabs does not store your Google password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You agree to notify SonnaLabs immediately at support@sonnalabs.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account.
• SonnaLabs may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

What Are Credits?

Credits are the unit of consumption used within SonnaLabs. Credits are not a currency, have no monetary value outside the Service, and are non-transferable. All feature usage — text to speech, image, video, and music generation — deducts credits from your balance.

Credit spend order (automatic): Subscription credits are spent first, then free credits, then PAYG credits. This order ensures your monthly free allowance is utilized before consuming non-expiring purchased credits.

Free Plan

The Free plan provides 10,000 credits per month, automatically reset at the start of each monthly cycle. Unused free credits from the previous cycle are not carried over — they are replaced by the new monthly allocation.

Free plan access is limited to Google Cloud TTS voices and HeyGen Voice Turbo. Image, video, music generation, ElevenLabs TTS, and HeyGen Voice require a paid plan or PAYG credits.

On the Android application, the Free plan shows ads from Google AdMob before a generated text-to-speech result. Pro, Max and PAYG users see no ads. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Paid Pro and Max plans are available via two channels, each with its own billing model:

Android (Google Play) — auto-renewing subscription:

• Pro — $8.28/month
• Max — $13.83/month
• Billed and renewed automatically through Google Play Billing. Subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

Web (sonnalabs.app) — one-time purchase, no subscription:

• Pro — $8.28 per purchase (credits valid 30 days)
• Max — $13.83 per purchase (credits valid 30 days)
• Billed through Midtrans as a one-time payment — there is no auto-renewal. You simply buy again whenever you need more credits. All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Checkout is charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and your card issuer or bank converts the amount automatically.

Web purchases include a +10,000 bonus credit allocation compared to Android, because Midtrans platform fees are lower than Google Play's. The saving is passed on to you as extra credits at the same price.

Credit allocation — Web (Midtrans, one-time purchase):

• Pro: 112,000 credits (valid 30 days)
• Max: 197,000 credits (valid 30 days)

Credit allocation — Android (Google Play, monthly subscription):

• Pro: 102,000 credits (granted each billing cycle)
• Max: 187,000 credits (granted each billing cycle)

On Android, these credits are granted each month while the subscription remains active. On the web, they are granted once per purchase and are valid for 30 days from the purchase date.

On Android, subscription credits roll over — unused credits are added to your balance when the next cycle's allocation is granted while the subscription stays active. On the web, Pro and Max credits are valid for 30 days from purchase; buying again adds more credits and extends the validity to the later expiry date. In both cases this differs from the Free plan, which resets rather than accumulates.

When an Android subscription lapses, or when web Pro/Max credits reach their 30-day expiry, the remaining plan credits are set to zero and the account reverts to the Free plan. PAYG credits are never affected.

Cross-platform notice: Credits are tied to your account, not to a specific platform, and purchases stack. You may buy on Android (Google Play) and on the web (Midtrans), and repeat-purchase on either channel — each purchase adds its credits to your balance. Your plan's expiry date always reflects the later of your current and newly purchased expiry, so you never lose access you have already paid for. Keep in mind that an Android purchase is an auto-renewing subscription managed through Google Play, while a web purchase is a one-time payment that does not auto-renew; you can manage or cancel your Android subscription at any time in the Play Store.

Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Credits

PAYG credit packs are available for one-time purchase through the web platform. Packs are fixed presets — custom top-up amounts are not supported. To accumulate more credits, you may purchase multiple packs; credits stack and are valid for 1 year (365 days).

• Starter — 62,500 credits ($6.06)
• Plus — 125,000 credits ($10.50)
• Creator — 250,000 credits ($18.44)

All PAYG purchases are shown in US Dollars (USD). Checkout is charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and your card issuer or bank converts the amount automatically.

PAYG credits are valid for 1 year (365 days) and are retained even if your monthly plan lapses or expires. PAYG credits are spent after plan credits in each transaction.

Automatic Credit Refunds for Failed Generations

If a generation request is accepted by the system but fails before producing a result (due to an AI provider error, timeout, or system fault), any credits deducted for that request are automatically returned to your account. This refund restores credits to the exact bucket from which they were deducted (subscription, PAYG, or free). You do not need to contact support for generation failure refunds.

No Cash Value

Credits have no cash value. SonnaLabs does not offer monetary refunds for unused credits, except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for money, or redeemed outside the Service.

SonnaLabs' generation capabilities are powered by ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Google (Cloud TTS), Suno, OpenAI, and other AI model providers. By using the Service, you agree to comply with SonnaLabs' rules below and the usage policies of each upstream provider. Where a provider's policy is stricter than SonnaLabs', the stricter rule applies.

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

1. Child Safety Violations

• Generating, distributing, or promoting sexually explicit or exploitative content involving minors, or any content that facilitates the exploitation, sexualization, or grooming of children.
• Producing age-inappropriate content (sexual, graphic violence, adult themes) directed at minors.
• Facilitating cyberbullying, harassment, or threats targeting minors.

Violations of this category will result in immediate, permanent account termination and reporting to relevant child protection authorities as required by applicable law.

2. Illegal Activity

• Facilitating or promoting the trade of illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, or services prohibited by applicable law, including human trafficking.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of any third party through generated outputs.
• Violating the privacy rights of others as defined by applicable laws.

3. Fraud, Deception, and Financial Harm

• Financial fraud, phishing, or scam operations using AI-generated voices, images, videos, or music.
• Unauthorized access to sensitive personal information (credit card data, bank accounts, health records) through generated content.
• Unauthorized automated calls, mass spam campaigns, or harvesting contact lists.
• Bypassing security mechanisms — such as voice-based CAPTCHA — using generated audio.

4. Unauthorized Impersonation

Important: SonnaLabs does not provide voice cloning tools or features. SonnaLabs is a text-to-speech platform that gives users access to voices published on the ElevenLabs Voice Library by independent voice creators, to standard voices from Google Cloud TTS, and to public voices from HeyGen. No part of SonnaLabs allows a user to clone, replicate, or synthesize a new voice from recordings.

The following uses of SonnaLabs' text-to-speech output are strictly prohibited:

• Using generated audio to impersonate any real person — whether a public figure, celebrity, politician, or private individual — for deceptive, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Producing synthetic or AI-generated media that falsely attributes words, statements, or actions to real individuals in a defamatory, sexually explicit, threatening, or otherwise harmful context.
• Bypassing voice-based authentication systems (e.g., voice CAPTCHA or bank voice verification) using any AI-generated audio.

ElevenLabs independently operates a content detection and enforcement system on their platform that traces generated audio back to the originating account and enforces their own Prohibited Use Policy. This enforcement is handled entirely by ElevenLabs — SonnaLabs accesses ElevenLabs' service as an API customer and is bound by their terms of use, including their content enforcement mechanisms.

5. Election Interference and Political Manipulation

• Voter suppression, disinformation campaigns, or impersonation of political candidates or public officials.
• Creating synthetic content to unduly influence elections or political processes.
• Generating political campaign material using AI-generated voices or media without disclosure.

6. Violent, Hateful, or Harassing Content

• Inciting violence, terrorism, or extremism.
• Generating content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Producing content that harasses, threatens, stalks, or promotes self-harm or suicide directed at real individuals.
• Spreading dangerous medical misinformation.

Exception: Clearly fictional contexts (novels, films, games, journalism) are generally permitted, provided the content would not be reasonably mistaken for factual claims about real persons.

7. Network Security Threats

• Unauthorized access, hacking, or disruption of digital infrastructure using generated content.
• Creating or distributing malicious software or tools designed for unauthorized access, system disruption, or covert surveillance.

8. Platform Integrity Violations

• Reselling, reselling access to, or redistributing the Service or generated outputs without explicit written permission from SonnaLabs.
• Using the Service to develop competing AI generation products or to train machine learning models.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, exploit credits, or evade enforcement actions.
• Automated scraping or bulk data extraction from the Service.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, credit forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

1. How SonnaLabs and Its Providers Handle Sensitive Content

Provider-level safety (automatic, before output reaches you):

Every generation request passes through safety filters operated by the upstream AI provider before any output is returned. These operate independently of SonnaLabs:

• Google Gemini & Imagen/Veo: Applies harm classification across four categories — harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, and dangerous content. Prompts classified as harmful are blocked and return no output.
• OpenAI (GPT Image): Content moderation rejects prompts that violate OpenAI's usage policies, including violent, sexual, or deceptive content.
• ElevenLabs: Applies its Prohibited Use Policy including a content detection system that identifies prohibited voice usage. Content involving exploitation of minors is reported to relevant authorities.
• Other providers (FLUX, xAI, Kuaishou, Suno, etc.): Each applies its own content moderation layer.

When a provider rejects a request due to content policy, SonnaLabs receives an error signal and automatically refunds the credits deducted for that request. This happens transparently — you do not need to contact support.

SonnaLabs-level handling:

SonnaLabs' backend has a dedicated SensitiveContentError classification. When a provider returns a content-policy rejection, SonnaLabs:

1. Marks the generation job as FAILED_PROVIDER_REJECTED (content policy rejection) — distinct from a technical failure
2. Automatically refunds the credits in a way that prevents duplicate refunds
3. Returns a clear error message to the client

What this means for you:

If your request is rejected due to content policy:

• Your credits are returned automatically
• You will receive an error message indicating the request was blocked
• SonnaLabs does not retain a log of the rejected content beyond what is minimally needed for billing audit purposes

What SonnaLabs does not do:

SonnaLabs does not maintain a custom prompt-screening layer that pre-filters your inputs before sending them to providers. The safety enforcement happens at the provider level. SonnaLabs' role is to correctly handle the provider's rejection signal, refund credits, and communicate the outcome to you.

2. Your Acknowledgements Regarding AI Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may occasionally be unexpected, imprecise, inconsistent, or contain elements you did not intend — this is an inherent characteristic of generative AI and not a service defect.
• Provider safety systems may block, modify, or refuse to process certain inputs. SonnaLabs is not liable for content blocked or altered by upstream providers.
• The fact that a request passes provider safety filters and produces output does not mean the output is legal, appropriate, or fit for your intended purpose. You remain responsible for evaluating and using the output responsibly.
• SonnaLabs does not use your inputs or outputs to train any AI model operated by SonnaLabs.
• You are responsible for complying with the usage policies of each AI model provider when using features powered by their models.

SonnaLabs provides AI generation tools as a technology platform. SonnaLabs is not the author, publisher, or distributor of the content you generate. You are solely responsible for all content you create using the Service.

You Are the Decision-Maker

The AI models available through SonnaLabs process your inputs and return outputs. At no point does SonnaLabs review, approve, or endorse the specific content you choose to generate, distribute, or apply. By submitting any prompt, text, image, audio, or other input to the Service, you:

• Confirm that your intended use complies with these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable laws.
• Accept full and exclusive responsibility for the outputs you generate and any use you make of those outputs.
• Acknowledge that AI-generated output is inherently variable — the same input may produce different results each time, and SonnaLabs cannot guarantee the content of any specific output.

SonnaLabs' Role Is Limited to Infrastructure

SonnaLabs operates as a platform intermediary. Its role is to provide the technical infrastructure that routes your requests to AI model providers and returns the results to you. SonnaLabs does not:

• Pre-screen prompts or inputs before they are processed.
• Review generated outputs before they are returned to you.
• Monitor how you use the outputs after delivery.
• Make editorial decisions about what content is created through the Service.

This structure means SonnaLabs functions similarly to a hosting provider or communication platform — SonnaLabs provides the tools; you decide how to use them.

Violations Are Your Liability

If you use the Service to generate content that:

• violates the rights of any third party (including copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or privacy rights),
• constitutes defamation, harassment, or illegal impersonation,
• violates any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the content is used,
• breaches the terms of the underlying AI model providers,

you bear sole legal and financial responsibility for any resulting claim, loss, damage, fine, or penalty. SonnaLabs assumes no liability whatsoever for the content you generate or how you use it.

No Monitoring Obligation

SonnaLabs is under no obligation to proactively monitor, scan, or filter content that passes through the Service. However, SonnaLabs reserves the right to:

• Investigate reports of policy violations submitted by users or third parties.
• Access generation records as necessary to investigate suspected violations.
• Remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with law enforcement in response to credible complaints or legal obligations.

Representations and Warranties You Make

By using the Service, you represent and warrant — on a continuing basis for every use — that:

1. You have the legal right and authority to submit the inputs you provide.
2. Your use of the Service does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
3. You are not using the Service to facilitate any illegal activity under applicable law.
4. Any content you generate that involves identifiable real persons was created with their informed consent, or is clearly and unambiguously non-deceptive commentary, criticism, or parody that is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. You will not distribute AI-generated content in a context where a reasonable person would be deceived into believing it is authentic human-created content when it is not, unless you have clearly disclosed its AI origin.

If any of these representations are false, you are in material breach of these Terms and SonnaLabs may immediately terminate your account.

All platform elements — including but not limited to the SonnaLabs brand, logo, interface design, source code, and documentation — are the intellectual property of SonnaLabs' developer. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any SonnaLabs platform materials without prior written consent.

AI model names (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Gemini, Suno, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. SonnaLabs' use of these models does not imply any endorsement or partnership beyond what their standard API access terms allow.

Ownership of Inputs

You retain all rights to the text, prompts, lyrics, and other content that you personally write and submit to the Service. If you write your own lyrics in a music generation request, those lyrics remain yours.

Ownership of AI-Generated Outputs

The legal status of purely AI-generated content is an evolving area of law. Based on current guidance from copyright authorities:

• In most jurisdictions (including the US and Indonesia), content generated entirely by AI without significant human creative authorship may not qualify for traditional copyright protection.
• Writing a prompt is generally not considered sufficient human authorship to establish copyright in the resulting output.
• If you contribute substantial original creative elements — such as writing the full lyrics, composing melody instructions, or providing original reference material — the portion of the work attributable to your human creativity may be registrable, subject to your local copyright authority's determination.

SonnaLabs makes no guarantee that the copyright office of any country will recognize ownership claims over AI-generated music, audio, images, or video produced through the Service.

Commercial Use — Music Generated via Suno

Music generation in SonnaLabs is powered by Suno. The commercial rights framework is governed by Suno's terms:

Users with paid access (Pro, Max, or PAYG credits):

• Songs generated with an active paid subscription are granted commercial use rights by Suno.
• You may upload and distribute these songs to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.), release them commercially, monetize them on YouTube, use them in sync deals, or sell them — without Suno claiming a share of your earnings.
• Commercial rights for a song are determined at the time the song was created. They remain with you permanently even if your subscription later lapses.
• Retroactive commercial rights do not apply: songs made during a free period are not eligible for commercial use, even if you later subscribe.

Music generation requires paid access:

Music generation (via Suno Model) is only available to users with an active Pro or Max subscription, or a positive PAYG credit balance. Free plan users do not have access to music generation.

Cover Songs and Remixes — Important Restrictions

Cover songs (songs that attempt to replicate existing copyrighted melodies or compositions):

• Suno's AI model actively identifies and blocks generation requests that attempt to reproduce existing copyrighted melodies, chord structures, or compositions. If a prompt matches a known copyrighted work, Suno returns an error and no output is produced. SonnaLabs automatically refunds any credits deducted for that request.
• SonnaLabs does not facilitate the creation of cover songs from existing copyrighted works. Any music generated through SonnaLabs is an original AI composition based on the user's own style descriptions and original lyrics.
• If a user independently produces output that resembles an existing composition and intends to distribute it commercially, they remain solely responsible for securing the necessary permissions from the original rights holders or authorized collecting societies. SonnaLabs does not obtain or provide any such permissions on any user's behalf.

Remix / Extend within SonnaLabs:

• The Remix / Extend feature allows users to continue or restyle a song they have previously generated through SonnaLabs. It is not a tool for remixing, reproducing, or deriving from existing commercial recordings or another user's songs.
• Per Suno's terms, remixed or extended tracks are not eligible for commercial use. Commercial rights apply only to the original generated song at the time it was first created.

The Broader Copyright Landscape for AI Music

The legal framework around AI-generated music is still developing globally. As with all AI model providers, the underlying models used by SonnaLabs' music generation feature may be subject to evolving legal and regulatory developments that are outside SonnaLabs' control.

Future legal or regulatory changes may affect what AI models can generate, the commercial rights available for AI-generated music, or the ability to register such music with copyright offices. SonnaLabs makes no representations about the legal environment governing its AI model providers.

You use SonnaLabs' music generation features with awareness of this evolving context. SonnaLabs is not liable for any changes to the rights framework resulting from developments involving third-party AI model providers.

Commercial Use for Other Generated Content (TTS, Image, Video)

• Text-to-Speech: Audio generated on paid plans using voices from the ElevenLabs Voice Library or Google Cloud TTS may be used commercially, subject to each provider's own usage policies. All ElevenLabs voices available through SonnaLabs are sourced from the ElevenLabs Voice Library — a marketplace of voices published by independent voice creators under ElevenLabs' terms. SonnaLabs is an API customer of ElevenLabs and passes through their terms without modification; commercial use is governed entirely by ElevenLabs' policies, not SonnaLabs'. Audio generated via Google Cloud TTS may not be used to train competing speech synthesis models. Audio generated with HeyGen Voice on paid plans may be used commercially, subject to HeyGen's usage policies.
• Images: Generated images on paid plans may be used commercially, subject to each model provider's terms (OpenAI, Google, FLUX, etc.). Some model providers place restrictions on certain commercial use categories — you are responsible for checking applicable provider terms.
• Video: Generated videos on paid plans may be used commercially, subject to the applicable provider's terms.

Free plan: Free plan users only have access to Google Cloud TTS (Neural2 / WaveNet voices) and HeyGen Voice Turbo. Music generation, image generation, video generation, ElevenLabs TTS, and HeyGen Voice all require an active Pro or Max subscription, or a positive PAYG credit balance. There are no free-tier commercial rights for these features because they are not accessible on the free plan.

Google Cloud TTS terms additionally prohibit using generated audio to train competing speech synthesis models.

How SonnaLabs Processes Your Content

By using the Service, you acknowledge that SonnaLabs technically processes your inputs (sending them to AI providers) and temporarily stores your outputs (to deliver them back to you and maintain your generation history). This is purely operational — SonnaLabs does not use your content for any other purpose, does not claim ownership of your outputs, and does not share your content with third parties beyond what is necessary to route requests to the AI model providers listed in the Third-Party Services section.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit any content you provide, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Paying users (active Pro/Max subscription or positive PAYG balance) may create API keys to access SonnaLabs' generation features programmatically via the Developer API.

• API keys are issued per-account and are your responsibility to keep confidential. Do not commit API keys to public repositories or expose them in client-side code.
• API requests are subject to the same Acceptable Use and AI Content Policy above.
• API usage is charged at a discounted credit rate compared to UI usage, as a benefit for direct API integration.
• SonnaLabs reserves the right to rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API access for abuse or policy violations.
• The Developer API is an extended feature — SonnaLabs does not guarantee identical availability or response times compared to the UI.

SonnaLabs integrates with the following third-party providers to deliver the Service. Your use of the Service implies your acceptance that certain data (as described in SonnaLabs' Privacy Policy) is transmitted to these providers:

• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech voice synthesis
• HeyGen — text-to-speech voice synthesis
• Google (Gemini, Veo, Imagen) — TTS, image, and video generation
• Suno — music generation
• OpenAI — image generation
• FLUX / Black Forest Labs — image generation
• xAI (Grok) — image and video generation
• Kuaishou (Kling) — video generation
• ByteDance (Seedream) — image generation
• MeiGen-AI (InfiniteTalk) — video/lipsync generation
• Topaz Labs — image and video upscaling
• Alibaba (Qwen) — image generation
• Midtrans — web payment processing
• Google Play Billing — Android in-app purchase processing
• Cloudflare — content delivery and file storage
• Turso — database infrastructure

SonnaLabs is not responsible for the uptime, quality, or policies of any third-party service. Changes to third-party services may affect feature availability without advance notice.

Your use of the Service is governed by SonnaLabs' Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully before using the Service.

Voluntary Termination

You may delete your account at any time through:

• Android app: Account Settings → Delete Account
• Web: Account Settings or the Account Deletion page

Deletion is scheduled for 14 days after you request it, and you are signed out of all devices immediately. Signing in again within those 14 days cancels the deletion; after that, your account, projects, generated files, and personal data are permanently deleted and this cannot be undone. Records of purchases and credit transactions are retained as required by applicable law for tax, accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes and are no longer linked to a usable account. Unused credits (including PAYG credits) are forfeited upon account deletion and will not be refunded in monetary form.

Suspension or Termination by SonnaLabs

SonnaLabs may suspend or permanently terminate your account, at its sole discretion, in response to:

• Violation of these Terms or the AI Content Policy
• Fraudulent activity or unauthorized access attempts
• Abuse of the platform, API, or refund system
• Legal obligations or court orders
• Inactivity for an extended period (with advance notice where possible)

In cases of suspension for serious policy violations (including illegal content involving minors, fraud, or other illegal activity), any remaining credits will be forfeited without refund.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SonnaLabs does not warrant that:

• The Service will be continuously available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
• AI-generated outputs will be accurate, appropriate, legally usable, or suitable for your intended use.
• Any particular AI model will remain available — provider changes may affect feature availability.

• Generated content does not contain offensive, inaccurate, or unexpected elements — AI models can and do produce unanticipated outputs.

No warranty on content output: SonnaLabs expressly disclaims any and all liability for the substance, accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated audio, images, videos, or music produced through the Service. The Service provides a tool; it does not guarantee the nature of what that tool produces in any given instance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SonnaLabs and its developer shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of credits, data, profit, reputation, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any content generated through the Service, regardless of the nature of that content.
• Failures or unavailability of any third-party AI model provider.
• Your use or misuse of AI-generated outputs — including any harm caused to third parties.
• Any claim arising from the content of outputs that passed through the Service, including claims of defamation, infringement, invasion of privacy, or violation of any law.

SonnaLabs is not a content publisher. SonnaLabs does not review, endorse, or control the content of individual user generations. The platform is a conduit; liability for content lies with the user who initiated the generation and chose to use the output.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, SonnaLabs' total liability is limited to the amount you paid to SonnaLabs in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SonnaLabs and its developer from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the AI Content Policy.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation through your use of the Service.
• Any content you generate, store, distribute, publish, or otherwise use via the Service.
• Any claim by a third party that your generated content or use of the Service infringes their intellectual property rights, privacy rights, right of publicity, or any other rights.
• Any harm caused to a third party by your use of AI-generated audio, images, video, or music produced through the Service — including claims arising from AI-generated impersonation content, misrepresentation, or disinformation.
• Any fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or abuse of the Service originating from your account.

This obligation to indemnify survives termination of your account and these Terms.

SonnaLabs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. For significant changes, SonnaLabs will make reasonable efforts to notify you via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
